A Palestinian youth was shot to death by an Israeli settler, on Friday morning, for allegedly attempting to carry out a stabbing attack in the city of Hebron, in the south of the occupied West Bank.

The Ministry of Health stated in the press release, a copy of which was received by the “Tsafa” agency, that the Public Authority for Civil Affairs informed it of the death of a civilian from occupation bullets, south of Hebron.

The occupation army said in a statement that a Palestinian was neutralized for allegedly trying to stab a settler in the Tana Omer settlement, adding that the soldiers surveyed the area in anticipation of finding more attackers.

He noted that warning sirens sounded in the settlement after the young man’s intrusion.
