The shipping agent (Leith Agencies) announced that “a ship ran aground in the Suez Canal in Egypt, leaving behind at least four ships”, while the company said that the tugboats are trying to refloat the ship named “Shin Hai Tong 23”, according to the website (Sky News) Arabia

MarineTraffic vessel tracking data for Refinitiv showed the Hong Kong-flagged vessel failed to move near the southern end of the canal and parked at an angle alongside the eastern side of the canal.
